A Perfect Government

I think if I ever ruled a country I would make it have only one ruler that would be very experienced in the art of warfare so that he can protect his kingdom and to make military expeditions to expand his borders. He would make very strict and cruel laws so that his people would be afraid of him and would never revolt against him. Also whenever he created a law it would have to go threw a process of voting for whether the law passes or not. This i think would be the ultimate government for me.

how does corruption in leadership affect society?
I think corruption in leadership effects the society in a lot of ways. if a police force is corrupt then even living is dangerous. Or if a lawyer is corrupt then and lies in a case and a bad man gets free then he could harm people. Basically whenever somebody is corrupt it effects somebody or a group of people in a society.
